Day 6 - Dateland to Gila Bend

The day ends by the pool with a Corona moment 🍺🍺

Adrian & Henry are relaxing and toasting at the very upscale campground and RV park in Gila Bend.  It was Bubba's deft pre-planning that allowed us to stay at this location as we noticed as we entered it was sold out for the evening

The morning started with the usual big
challenge in Bubbaville, which is whether Henry will be able to stuff all the things he took out of his bags overnight and get them back in and zipped up for the Wolfpack.

 Today was a wonderful ride almost exclusively on the interstate with perfect weather conditions.  The only thing out of the ordinary for the day was the welcome sign as we entered Gila Bend.  It's the only one the authors have seen that calls out the five crabbiest people by name.  Interesting, no name on the list changed since we were here last year.

Less than a mile from the sign the tour stops at Sofia's, which Bubba claims is the best Mexican resturant on the tour.  The authors agree.

As you can see we are well fed and relaxed.  Tommorow we cycle 87 miles to Casa Grande.
